话说10月底刚买了一个号打算专门来其他账号刷单,结果他么的,到手不到两周就被封了

账号拿来刷单几天单,一直好好的,结果他么的,来了三个跟卖其他账号的不要脸,发邮件跑了两个,还一个老赖咋说都不走,结果周末老板让我用这个新买的账号testbuy对方,并发封警告信。他么的,我觉得老板这样做是不对的,但老板说的话又不能不听,只能照做。

果然不出我所料,周六testbuy,发警告信,周日收到老赖的回复,周一就封号了。

邮件亚马逊咨询是哪有问题,给了一堆ASIN码要求提供发票。发票通过后,又要求详细说明下面这封邮件

实在不知道买家具体投诉的是啥,咨询了三次AMZ,连个屁都没放,只能发挥百度的作用,并将自己能想到的都结合一块写了提交给AMZ。
然后AMZ又给我发了一次这封邮件


好心累啊,怎么写啊,各位看官有啥建议吗

Dear Amazon, This is AC Market, Thanks for your reply. Please kindly check our more information about our plan to address the inauthentic complaints: The issues that caused the complaints: We are a new seller on Amazon site, we sell these listings under the exist. And we bought this item from our market. We thought it is authentic until we received your notifications of we are offering  inauthentic item on your site and our selling privilege was removed. And we summarized 3 reasons caused the complaints: 1, Unfamiliar much with Amazon Anti-Counterfeiting policy and Intellectual Property Violations policy; 2, Company system is not perfect, lack of the experience sales manager; 3, Before selling this ASIN, he indeed did a research for this issue and found some of the power sellers selling this items with brand too, so we wrongly thought it may safe and then we did by following them. What a big mistake we made! The actions we have taken to resolve the issues and prevent the similar complaints: After received Amazon notification, we realized that our item is inauthentic and we still lack of the Amazon Anti-Counterfeit Policies and Intellectual Property. Customers trust that they can always buy with confidence on Amazon. The products we offer for sale on Amazon must comply with our Seller Agreement, including all applicable Amazon policies, and all applicable laws and regulations. Before listing products on Amazon, we have to ensure that we understand what is and is not allowed. We removed these listings immediately. And we provide unconditional refund to customer who complaints about this item. We searched seller policies in Amazon Seller Center Help. Now we understand all sellers are expected to adhere to the following policies when listing products on Amazon. From seller support team suggestions that seller should understand Amazon policies as follows; 1, Prohibited seller activities and actions:  These Prohibited Seller Activities and Actions are established to maintain a selling service that is safe for buyers and fair for sellers of both products and services. Failure to comply with the terms of this policy can result in cancellation of listings, suspension from use of Amazon tools and reports, and/or the removal of selling privileges. ○1, Attempts to divert transactions or buyers is prohibited. ○2, Unauthorized & improper business names are prohibited. ○3, inappropriate email communications are prohibited. ○4, Sellers are prohibited from providing or soliciting direct, non-Amazon-generated email addresses on the Amazon website or in correspondence through the Buyer-Seller Messaging Service. ○5, Operating and maintaining multiple Seller Central accounts is prohibited.  ○6, all sellers are able to access and use the Amazon selling service. But Misuse of the Amazon selling service, sale rank, Amazon A-to-z Guarantee, Search and Browse are prohibited. ○7, any attempt to manipulate ratings, feedback, or reviews is prohibited. ○8, creating a product detail page for a product already in the Amazon catalog is prohibited. ○9, any attempt to increase the sale price of an item after a transaction has been completed is prohibited. ○10, Sellers may not create separate listings for identical copies of the same item. 2, product detail page rules; Customers first learn about our offers on a product detail page. The following policies have been established to ensure that each product detail page represents a unique item in order to deliver a single page per product and optimize the buying experience.  1)Content-specific policies ○1Comply with the style guide that applies to the product we're listing, image standards. ○2Comply with Amazon listing standards for any product sold on Amazon. ○3Product title length must not exceed a maximum of 200 characters (including spaces) in all categories.  2) Detail page creation prohibited policies ○1Use of Add a Product, inventory files, and Amazon Marketplace Web Services (Amazon MWS) listing APIs for any purpose other than listing products on Amazon is prohibited. ○2The use of false product identification information, including UPC codes, in product detail pages is prohibited. 3) Creating a product detail page for a product already in the Amazon catalog is prohibited.  3, Condition Guidelines; ○1, we will offer acceptable and new condition items only. ○2, if Items does not work perfectly, not clean, damaged, missing essential accompanying material or part are unacceptable and prohibited for listing on Amazon. ○3, item was not created by the original manufacturer or copyright holder. This includes copies, counterfeits, replicas, and imitations. ○4, Item was originally distributed as a promotional copy, promotional bundle, product sample, or advance reading copy. This includes uncorrected proofs of in-print or not-yet-published books. After learned these policies, we understand that products offered for sale on Amazon.com must be authentic. Any product that has been illegally replicated, reproduced or manufactured is prohibited. All items offered for sale on Amazon.com must be commercially produced and authorized or licensed for sale as a retail product. All the seller has to comply with the Amazon Intellectual Property Violations. To prevent the similar complaint in the future, we promise that we will comply with Amazon selling policies and rules, and we do some plans as follows: 1)        After training our employees Amazon policies, Prohibited Seller Activities and Actions; Products Detail Page Rules ; Condition Guidelines; we also need to train them have brand, patent, trademark awareness and infringement of consciousness; 2)        We will train all employees the Intellectual Property Violations information and write a final report or have a test regularly; 3)        We have already registered our own trademark, it will finished the review in the end of this month; 4)        We will sell our own trademark items and we will build a professional photograph team to make authentic and authority images to our products; the listings image will be from our professional photograph team and factory; 5)        Before a new listing is uploaded to our store, our sales manager will review the details that the purchaser and salesman prepared, make sure that items exactly match the product description on the detail page, after that , this product will be allowed to list only when it is a authentic and authority; 6)        Sales manager will also check all of our items online; make sure all listings at our products, such as the images, patterns, brand, design rights, trademark and conditions; 7)        Hire a lawyer who is expertise in American intellectual property as our legal consultant. When we have any doubts about infringement issue, the lawyer can give us professional advice and make correct judgment; 8)        We will keep learning new policies and rules at Amazon; make a test each month to be sure all our staff will learn the latest rules and knowledge; and we will continue to ship goods from FBA, to provide clients best goods with best service we could.  We promise that we will comply with the Amazon selling policy and rules in the future , and we will develop our own trademark to enhance customer shopping experiences. We really hope that Amazon can reinstate our selling privilege soon because of we still have some new authentic products with our own trademark, which are waiting for sending to FBA warehouse.   We will be much appreciated that if you can reinstate our selling privilege on Amazon.com again.

    所以你的意思是,你平时用你的买来账号跟卖主账号的listing,但你的主账号被跟卖了,跟卖的一直不走,所以你用买来的账号警告跟卖的,但是跟卖的投诉侵权了,是这个意思么?
