亚马逊商品真实性投诉

一早上阳光明媚,心情倍好,高高兴兴地打开电脑,结果!一个小红旗就亮在眼前!!那心情真是down到谷底啊。。。兢兢战战地打开notification,亚马逊发了个警告,说有个客户投诉我们某一产品的真实性,要求我们提供一年的发票收据还有供应商信息,另外还要写一个plan来阐述如何预防这个问题再次发生,而被投诉的那一个ASIN已经inactive了。。。
看了警告内容,稍微轻松了一点,好像只要提交资料之后还有救的样子?虽然这个产品上架也不到一年,卖的也就那么点量,但只能先把历史销售数据导出来啦,手忙脚乱地准备去联系供应商要资料ing,突然!!妈呀,原来这个供应商只是个经销商,不是生产厂家!!怎么破。。
这还不是重点,重点是,突然发现我们这个产品和一个牌子货有点像!!!那么问题就来了。这个会不会就是客户投诉的原因?毕竟这个产品质量好,退货少,review 虽然只有几个,但都是说质量没问题的。会不会客户是觉得我们卖的是假货??
有了这一个顾虑,我们突然就不敢提交资料了。很怕一提交,亚马逊来个深入调查什么的,店铺就危险了。。但是如果不提交的话,也怕出问题。。。
各位有什么见解吗?有没有哪位遇到过和我类似问题的道友啊??这资料到底要不要提交啊?求救求救。。

附上亚马逊发过来的部分警告:

We have removed your offers because there is a buyer complaint about the authenticity of one of your items. If Amazon's European shipping centers have "Amazon shipping" inventories of the items that have been claimed for authenticity, they will not be eligible for remission at this time. The offers we have removed are at the bottom of this e-mail.

Failure to opt out of this decision within 90 days may result in the destruction of all "Amazon Shipping" inventories of the item for which a complaint has been filed regarding authenticity.

If we are to recover your offers, send us a plan of the measures you have taken to solve the problem and avoid similar complaints in the future. For help creating your plan, see the help pages in Seller Central (https://sellercentral-europe.amazon.com/gp/help/200370560). To get your plan, in Seller Central, on the Notifications page, click the Request button next to this message.

Please also provide the following information about each ASIN:

Your vendor's invoice copies or receipts issued during the last 365 days should reflect your sales during this period.
Contact details of your supplier, including name, phone number, address and website
You can send files in PDF, JPG, PNG, or GIF format. These documents must be genuine and unchanged. We may contact the supplier to verify the documentation. You can remove the pricing information, but the rest of the documentation must be visible. We will treat the contact details of your supplier confidentially

We will review your information and decide if we will recover your offers. If we receive further complaints about your offers, we can not allow you to sell them on Amazon.de.

The sale of counterfeit products on Amazon is strictly prohibited. If you can not produce valid invoices or receipts for the items that have been challenged for authenticity, all "Amazon Shipping" inventories of these items may be destroyed at your expense.

You can check your seller's performance under "Customer Satisfaction" in Seller Central.

但是本来这个产品就有侵权嫌疑,如果提交了资料好怕会引起亚马逊的深入调查。。。
